Office Operations & Logistics Manager
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (Onsite as Needed) in San Francisco
Execution-focused role running the physical layer of the workplace across facilities, vendor systems, logistics, security, and basic IT coordination for a hybrid team.
Day-to-day
- Own office infrastructure and keep facilities, logistics, and vendor ecosystems running smoothly.
- Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite networks, hardware, and AV systems.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors such as cleaning, security, and maintenance providers.
- Manage badge systems, access protocols, and onsite security workflows for employees and visitors.
- Ensure conference rooms and AV systems support seamless hybrid collaboration.
- Handle deliveries, mail, and inventory systems with proactive planning.
- Support incident response and emergency-preparedness processes to maintain business continuity.
You bring
- Experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
- Strong written and verbal communication that is clear, concise, and operationally precise.
- Enough technical fluency to coordinate IT or network setup and troubleshoot basic issues.
- A proactive approach to spotting operational gaps before they escalate.
- Strong organizational rigor and comfort managing multiple systems at once.
- Experience with security and access systems plus hybrid workplace environments.
- Willingness to be onsite when required for setups, events, or operational issues.
Bonus
- Experience with office launches, relocations, or large buildouts.
- Background supporting distributed or hybrid-first teams.
- Familiarity with modern workplace tooling, AV systems, and office tech stacks.
