Day-to-day

• Manage job scheduling and conduct in-depth log
• Analysis:using Control-M to ensure robust batch processing
• Monitor and diagnose DataStage data pipeline failures, proactively identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions
• Execute and optimize SQL queries, including selects and subqueries, to support troubleshooting and data validation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain thorough documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance process efficiency
• Provide clear, professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels

You bring

• Proven expertise in SQL, including writing complex selects and subqueries for data validation and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Control-M for job scheduling and log
• Analysis
• Strong proficiency in DataStage or similar ETL/data pipeline tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Solid problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support tasks in a remote setting

• Exposure to automation or scripting tools for process improvement
