Day-to-day

• Utilize your US accounting experience to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes
• Apply GAAP (US) standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information
• Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to provide insights on accounting workflows and best practices
• Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps
• Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear, concise written form for technical and non-technical audiences
• Engage in regular communication with project managers to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines

You bring

• Minimum 4 years of US accounting experience, specifically in mid-tier, mid-cap, or small-cap companies (no large or big tech firms). Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with CPA

Bonus
