• Assemble reports, documentation, and confirm readiness of medical instruments and assistive devices.
• Convey patient status, progress, and needs effectively to other healthcare professionals on the team.
• Record and upkeep accurate patient medical records, progress notes, and core statistics.
• Teach basic living skills, adaptive techniques, and medical equipment usage to patients and their caregivers.
• Set up and watch individualized therapeutic programs to improve patient functioning and independence.
• Encourage and motivate patients during therapeutic and adaptive activities tailored to their needs.
