Remote role applying janitorial and housekeeping supervisory expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows.

Day-to-day

• Work with AI development teams to annotate, curate, and evaluate data for housekeeping and janitorial use cases
• Use supervisory experience to design realistic workflows and scenario-based datasets for machine learning
• Deliver detailed feedback to AI trainers and engineers on best practices, emerging trends, and frontline challenges
• Make sure AI outputs capture task delegation, quality control, and safety compliance accurately
• Participate in regular review sessions to refine AI behavior against industry standards and customer requirements
• Document processes clearly and explain complex operational concepts to cross-functional teams
• Help integrate practical supervisory knowledge into technology solutions to improve operations

You bring

• Proven experience as a first-line supervisor or team lead in housekeeping or janitorial services
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and careful process documentation habits
• Comfort working remotely with distributed, multidisciplinary teams
• Experience using digital tools for communication and project management
• Ability to translate frontline scenarios into structured AI training data
