Job Title: Partnerships Manager Job Type: Full-time Location : Remote The Role Own and scale our ecosystem leverage engine, building high-trust relationships with frontier AI and SaaS companies, architecting curated, high-signal experiences, and converting strategic proximity into qualified enterprise pipeline, brand gravity, and long-term market positioning. What Youβll Do Map and penetrate priority accounts through ecosystem-led access. Build direct lines to founders, CTOs, Heads of AI, and Talent leaders. Architect high-signal, curated events (private dinners > mass conferences). Convert ecosystem relationships into qualified enterprise pipeline. Orchestrate co-marketing with frontier companies (e.g., Deel, Ramp, Rippling, Brex, Webflow, Anthropic, OpenAI, Databricks). Design audience composition intentionally β ICP-only rooms. Own full-stack event ops: venue, sponsorships, branding, sequencing, follow-up. Run precision outbound before and after events (email, LinkedIn, X, private communities). Track signal: intros β meetings β pipeline β revenue. Feed market intelligence back to GTM + leadership. What Weβre Looking For Has built pipeline through ecosystem, not just cold outbound. Knows how to get into rooms that matter. Strong instinct for positioning in AI / SaaS / technical markets. Operates fast, structured, high-ownership. Exceptional communicator (concise, strategic, persuasive). Comfortable engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders. Can manage budgets, vendors, timelines without hand-holding. Native in LinkedIn, X, Slack/Discord, CRM systems. Preferred Deep network in AI / SaaS / enterprise tech. Experience running curated founder or executive events. Background in partnerships, ecosystem, or community-led growth. Has collaborated with frontier AI or high-growth SaaS companies.
