Day-to-day

You bring

• No previous customer service experience required
• Training provided High school diploma or GED (current college students are encouraged to apply!) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team success Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Comfortable with basic computer applications and remote work technology
