Day-to-day

• Deliver expert evaluation and editing of Kyrgyz language content for AI training datasets.
• Translate diverse materials accurately while retaining context, tone, and cultural nuance.
• Assess and refine AI-generated Kyrgyz text to ensure high linguistic quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop language resources and guidelines.
• Offer insights on linguistic trends and usage to optimize language models.
• Support the creation of comprehensive language documentation and glossaries.
• Engage in quality assurance and validation processes for Kyrgyz language outputs.

You bring

• Native or near-native proficiency in Kyrgyz, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in linguistics, language editing, and translation (Kyrgyz-English and vice versa).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for language accuracy.
• Ability to analyze, adapt, and improve language data for machine learning projects.
• Proven track record of working independently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet project deadlines.

Helpful background
