Day-to-day

• Design user-centric interfaces and workflows that elevate the overall product experience
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze feedback to inform and iterate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business goals
• Advocate for the user through documentation, journey mapping, and accessibility best practices
• Contribute to and help maintain our evolving design system for visual consistency
• Champion asynchronous, written communication throughout the design process

You bring

• Demonstrated experience in UX design for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions
• Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to articulate design decisions clearly in an async environment
• Proven ability to conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous learning

Bonus

• Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first, async team environment
• Background in building or maintaining design systems
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts or tools
