Day-to-day
- Provide centralized leadership and direction to Nurse Supervisors and the nursing workforce deployed across all primary care clinics
- Develop, implement, and enforce nursing clinical care standards aligned with the latest national and organizational protocols
- Collaborate with clinic managers, cluster heads, and the Medical Director to ensure streamlined, uniform nursing service delivery
- Lead initiatives on patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality assurance across all sites
- Oversee workforce planning, staffing audits, duty scheduling, and productivity management for nursing staff
- Track clinical nursing KPIs, drive patient satisfaction, and spearhead RCA reviews for sentinel events
- Develop and oversee comprehensive training and professional development programs, ensuring upskilling and credentialing of all nursing staff
You bring
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; must be a licensed and registered nurse in the Philippines
- Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in nursing operations, governance, protocol development, and staff supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical and compassionate approach
- Advanced organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multisite operations
- Deep commitment to patient safety, ethical care delivery, and continuous improvement
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multidisciplinary teams
Bonus
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HMO, ambulatory, or large-the team outpatient care operations
- Exposure to developing and implementing clinical decision trees or care pathways
