Day-to-day

  • Provide centralized leadership and direction to Nurse Supervisors and the nursing workforce deployed across all primary care clinics
  • Develop, implement, and enforce nursing clinical care standards aligned with the latest national and organizational protocols
  • Collaborate with clinic managers, cluster heads, and the Medical Director to ensure streamlined, uniform nursing service delivery
  • Lead initiatives on patient safety, infection control, incident reporting, and quality assurance across all sites
  • Oversee workforce planning, staffing audits, duty scheduling, and productivity management for nursing staff
  • Track clinical nursing KPIs, drive patient satisfaction, and spearhead RCA reviews for sentinel events
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive training and professional development programs, ensuring upskilling and credentialing of all nursing staff

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; must be a licensed and registered nurse in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in nursing operations, governance, protocol development, and staff supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an analytical and compassionate approach
  • Advanced organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multisite operations
  • Deep commitment to patient safety, ethical care delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and support multidisciplinary teams

Bonus

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HMO, ambulatory, or large-the team outpatient care operations
  • Exposure to developing and implementing clinical decision trees or care pathways
