Project Coorodinator Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager or Project Manager, the Project Coordinator (PC) will work with the internal team and co-ordinate all tasks connected with different multilingual projects. The core responsibility of the PC will be to work along with all internal and external stakeholders and execute tasks based on the guidance of the manager. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills. Role and Responsibilities Work along with the Project Manager to:

Understand the client requirement and plan project scope and execution

Control the budget and expenditures of projects (with support of Project Manager for larger/complex projects)

Compile and analyze project results (with support of Project Manager for larger/complex projects)

Connect with freelancers and vendors to execute the project by providing details on tasks with clear guidelines

Update project details on client trackers, internal tools and support PM with data updates

Train project assistants or vendors on the client requirements

Check delivery from vendors to ensure it meets clients’ expectations

Work independently on smaller projects

Additional tasks as required based on the evolution of this role Qualifications: Experience managing multilingual projects and vendors

Strong communication skills to work with internal team and vendors

Flexible to work evenings or weekends depending on project needs

Focus on quality: Attention to detail
