• Apply leading computational tools and your scientific intuition to pinpoint promising molecular scaffolds.
• Partner closely with pharmacology and toxicology teams to confirm in vitro findings convert into in vivo success and downstream development.
• Critically examine biological and physicochemical data to determine which chemical series to prioritize or deprioritize, maximizing project resources.
• Balance multi-parameter optimization of efficacy, oral bioavailability, and metabolic stconfirm capabilities sturdy lead progression.
