Day-to-day

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation
• Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes
• Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout deal processes

You bring

• 2+ years of experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking (Associate or Analyst level only)
• Expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials
• Strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft precise and compelling narrative for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to dig into long, dense deal documents and synthesize actionable insights
• Unwavering attention to detail and a disciplined, organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent/native English proficiency, ideally with exposure to US, UK, or Canadian market dynamics
