- Job type: One-time Project, contract
- Location: Remote
Day-to-day
- Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews emphasizing algorithmic problem-solving with Python
- Evaluate and document participant performance, focusing on logic, syntax, and code optimization strategies
- Precisely classify sessions into difficulty tiers based on proficiency with data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming
- Deliver detailed written "trajectories" outlining problem-solving approaches, successes, and error
- Analysis
- Collaborate closely with the AI training team, providing actionable feedback that enhances model learning
- Maintain high standards for both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity in technical explanations
You bring
- Extensive, production-level mastery of Python and advanced software engineering practices
- Ability to independently solve and clearly explain solutions to LeetCode Hard-level algorithm problems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrated fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to articulate complex technical trade-offs and critical thinking around problem-solving processes
Bonus
- Experience designing and conducting technical interviews or code evaluations
- Familiarity with AI training, model evaluation, or related research environments
- Contributions to open-source Python projects or technical communities
