Day-to-day

• Produce "golden response" contracts and policies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate nuanced legal insights into actionable

You bring

• For AI systems. Oversee the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI outputs, providing expert feedback to enhance performance
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution, with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 3 years of transactional or compliance legal experience, demonstrating expertise in template-intensive transactional and compliance workflows
• Advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate law
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage projects in remote, digital-first legal environments

Bonus

• Law Review or Journal editorial experience, including cite-checking and legal publication review
• Experience in contract redlining, vendor vetting, commercial transactions (private equity, structured finance), employment law, data privacy law, or multi-jurisdictional compliance programs
