Day-to-day

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose cognitive, affective, or behavioral mental health conditions within the context of marriage and family dynamics
• Apply evidence-based psychotherapeutic and family systems techniques to counsel individuals, couples, and families
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
• Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication with clients, including both written documentation and verbal feedback
• Utilize active listening and social perceptiveness to build trust and foster positive therapeutic relationships
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals as needed to ensure holistic client care
• Commit to ongoing learning and application of new therapeutic strategies and theories

• Demonstrated experience counseling over 100 clients and managing your own clinical practice
• Expertise in active listening, complex problem solving, social perceptiveness, and negotiation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients and document care accurately
• Proficiency in judgment, decision making, and critical thinking within a family systems context
• Strong service orientation and time management skills
• Skilled in reading comprehension and the clear articulation of complex therapeutic concepts
• Proven record of client satisfaction, including awards and public recognition
