Day-to-day

• Execute carpentry tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to design specifications and project instructions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards on construction sites
• Follow detailed plans and verbal directions to complete projects on time and to exacting standards
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools proficiently and safely for framing, installation, and finished carpentry work
• Inspect and maintain tools, materials, and work areas to uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions with team members and supervisors through clear written and verbal updates
• Contribute to problem-solving and innovation efforts, ensuring quality workmanship on every task

You bring

• Extensive hands-on construction site experience in carpentry or general construction work
• Proven ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a diverse team environment
• Strong proficiency with basic hand and power tools applicable to carpentry
• Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to report on work status and coordinate with the team
• Demonstrated reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail in all tasks
• Intermediate comfort with mobile apps for project tracking and communication
