Day-to-day

• Analyze, refine, and optimize complex algorithms to enhance AI model performance
• Develop and review technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for AI-related processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate computer science best practices into project workflows
• Validate the quality and relevance of training data utilized in AI development
• Contribute expert insights to problem-solving and troubleshooting within AI systems
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in computer science and AI, applying innovative solutions where applicable
• Mentor and support other team members in technical and theoretical aspects of computer science

You bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in computer science, preferably within AI or machine learning projects
• Proficient in programming languages
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and on cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality technical outcomes
