• Utilize advanced linguistic skills to annotate and correct documents in both supported languages
• Provide detailed feedback on recurring errors and collaborate with team members to improve annotation quality

Day-to-day

• Review AI-generated JSON data for accuracy, comparing it meticulously against source PDF documents
• Validate extracted values and correct discrepancies, ensuring fields match exactly with the original content
• Perform rigorous error detection and data validation, from tables to financial summaries across lengthy documents
• Confirm that all mathematical calculations are precise, including cross-document totals and line item summations
• Navigate and interpret nested JSON structures, ensuring each value is present in the correct schema

You bring

• Proficiency in reading and navigating complex, multi-page PDFs with tables, formulas, and financial data. Exceptional attention to detail
• One incorrect figure can compromise the data integrity
• Advanced reading comprehension in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency with the ability to annotate and review documents in two languages
• Familiarity with JSON files; able to verify field accuracy and schema placement
• Solid experience in data validation, quality assurance, proofreading, or document annotation
