Work as an HR Policy & Employee Experience Specialist, where you will shape the people experience by crafting, inspecting, and refining core HR policies and communications. You will play a central role in converting HR industry standards into clear, connect withing, and compliant materials that empower employees at every touchpoint. Day-to-day
- Draft and upkeep HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines aligned with current regulations and industry standards
Inspect existing HR documents for compliance, clarity, and consistency across the organization
Architect and produce connect withing ramp-up materials, including welcome kits and documentation templates
Craft targeted employee-facing communications such as emails, FAQs, rollout announcements, and policy updates
Build full aiding materials including change logs, manager guides, and policy summaries
Partner with HR, legal, and business partners to confirm accuracy and alignment
Continuously watch evolving HR trends to recommend improvements to policies and employee experience programs
You bring
years of track record in HR functions such as HRBP, HR Operations, People Ops, or Compliance.
