Day-to-day

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of complex plumbing issues for clients remotely. Consult with team members and customers to assess project

• Guide and mentor less experienced team members on best practices and technical approaches
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly via written reports and verbal updates regarding project progress and outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation on repairs, installations, and customer communications
• Proven experience as an expert-level Plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
