Day-to-day

• Lead and mentor teams in defining and annotating landscaping and groundskeeping data for AI development
• Review and improve landscaping service procedures to optimize training datasets for machine learning
• Collaborate with AI engineers to provide subject matter expertise in lawn care, groundskeeping, and horticultural practices
• Develop comprehensive documentation and written feedback to enhance AI training protocols
• Ensure quality control and consistency across all landscaping and groundskeeping data sets
• Facilitate ongoing communication between the customer's team and AI development teams through clear written and verbal updates
• Stay updated on emerging landscaping trends and integrate best practices into AI training modules

• Proven experience in supervising landscaping, lawn service, or groundskeeping teams
