Day-to-day

• Contribute to the creation and validation of AI training data by providing insights into real-world retail environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and deliver operational excellence
• Analyze and optimize store layouts, planograms, and inventory systems to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Document best practices and operational workflows with a strong focus on clear written and verbal communication
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in grocery retail and integrate relevant innovations into recommendations
