Day-to-day

• Develop, review, and refine HR policies in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Craft clear, effective employee communications that foster transparency and engagement.
• Provide expert input for AI training in human resources processes and content quality assurance.
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to HR compliance standards across all initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and addressing their concerns efficiently.
• Edit and enhance HR documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic HR initiatives for the customer's organization.

• Experience as an HR AI trainer or contributor to AI-driven HR projects.
• Advanced degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Exposure to global or multi-regional HR practices.
