You will evaluate, strategize, and lead the organization-wide implementation, ensuring measurable improvements through robust change management and stakeholder engagement.

Day-to-day

• Assess current M365 usage and maturity, identifying gaps and setting clear success metrics and KPIs
• Lead and oversee organizational adoption of M365 applications, building a network of champions and best practice advocates
• Design and deliver dynamic training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns tailored for users, champions, and leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align M365 adoption with broader business needs and digital strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on adoption rates and business impact using data-driven methods and user feedback
• Provide hands-on support for M365 troubleshooting, optimization of licenses, and continuous improvement recommendations
• Stay abreast of M365 and industry trends, advising on innovative features and digital workplace enhancements

You bring

• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 apps and services, with strong knowledge of MS Exchange, MS Teams, MS Viva, MS Intune, and Identity & Access Management
• 3-5 years' experience leading M365 adoption or change initiatives in large, complex organizations
• Demonstrated proficiency in change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate adoption and engagement metrics
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, innovative, and agile approach to problem-solving
