- Analyze market compensation data to benchmark salaries and assess pay competitiveness for various roles
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary surveys, and reward programs
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide recommendations on compensation strategies, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory
You bring
- Related to compensation
- Prepare detailed compensation reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Monitor trends in compensation and
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in compensation
- Analysis:, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse audiences
Bonus
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification
- Experience with global compensation practices
- Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams
