Day-to-day

• Edit and assemble raw footage and user-generated content (UGC) into polished, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative content concepts, ensuring each project's narrative resonates with the target audience
• Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including social media, ads, and websites, ensuring aspect ratios, captions, and pacing fit channel

You bring

• Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and social media best practices to innovate and elevate content quality
• Source, organize, and maintain video asset libraries and ensure proper documentation for future use
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders promptly while maintaining consistency and quality across projects
• Assist in simple motion graphics, audio editing, and color correction as needed
• 1-3 years of experience in video editing and content creation, ideally with user-generated content or digital-first brands
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and a keen sense for pacing, transitions, and visual engagement

Bonus

• Experience producing short-form, platform-native videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Basic skills in motion graphics (After Effects or Canva) or audio enhancement tools
• Knowledge of current trends in UGC and influencer marketing
