Day-to-day

• Compare AI-generated extraction results with source PDFs, field by field, ensuring perfect alignment and data accuracy
• Validate and correct complex JSON schemas, confirming every data point is correctly placed and complete
• Check and verify all mathematical calculations within documents, ensuring line items sum correctly and totals are accurate
• Identify, document, and rectify discrepancies between source documents and extracted data
• Communicate findings and collaborate closely with technical and annotation teams, providing clear, detailed feedback
• Handle hundreds of data fields per document, maintaining an unwavering focus on detail to prevent errors
• Maintain documentation of annotation guidelines, updates, and best practices for continuous workflow improvement

You bring

• Fluency in English and an additional language relevant to finance or insurance documentation
• Proven experience or strong familiarity with finance, insurance, legal, or government documents
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and precision
• Demonstrated ability to navigate, verify, and interpret nested JSON structures
• Superior reading comprehension skills for dense, multi-page PDFs containing tables and complex financial data
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• One incorrect data point can compromise an entire document's validity. Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, document processing, or proofreading in data-driven environments
