Day-to-day

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based backend solutions for AI agent training workflows
• Integrate APIs using .NET and FastAPI to support data collection, processing, and model training activities
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and product managers to refine software

You bring

• And deliver robust solutions
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring maintainable, secure, and high-performing codebases
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions
• Document software processes, integrations, and best practices with clarity and precision
• Actively contribute to a remote, collaborative team environment, emphasizing strong written and verbal communication
• +3 Extensive hands-on experience with .NET (open to other backend tech) development in production environments
• Proven expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs

Bonus

• Previous experience working on AI or machine learning-driven projects
