Day-to-day

• Interpret and assemble components according to detailed technical blueprints and digital schematics
• Utilize digital torque tools and precision hand tools to ensure highest assembly standards
• Accurately log assembly progress, defects, and completion data into a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using tablets or terminals
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and enter QA metrics in real-time
• Follow remote communication protocols and collaborate actively with team members and supervisors
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report assembly issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and uphold rigorous production documentation standards

You bring

• Expert literacy in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and digital schematics
• Mastery in precision hand-tools and digital torque tools
• Demonstrated experience with logging data in MES or similar manufacturing platforms
• Advanced terminal entry skills and familiarity with tablet-based QA systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
• Strong active listening abilities to understand and execute complex instructions
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless assemblies
