Day-to-day

• Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic to determine optimization opportunities
• Provide detailed, structured, and actionable feedback on email organization and user experience
• Identify recurring patterns in communication workflows, supporting AI training to better understand, categorize, and prioritize content
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality datasets and evaluation rubrics essential for AI development
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI system outputs and ensure intuitive digital workflows
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the evaluation and feedback process
• Support the training of advanced AI technologies focused on email and communication optimization

You bring

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills, particularly in digital communication contexts
• Familiarity with Gmail and best practices for email organization, including labels, filters, and folder structures
• Proven ability to provide clear, structured, and concise written feedback on complex workflows
• Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in digital workflow optimization
