Day-to-day

• Add to continuous improvement initiatives, forming industry standards in software engineering for AI systems.
• Diagnose and address complex technical challenges efficiently in a distributed environment.
• Run full code reviews and supply mentorship to team members for continuous improvement.
• Merge and refine workflows for large language models (LLMs) as part of advanced AI agent training initiatives.
• Partner closely with cross-functional partners to produce sturdy, production-ready software solutions.
• Architect, roll out, and upkeep cloud infrastructure on AWS to aid high-performance AI agent applications.
• Architect and build expandable backend and frontend features using Python, Node.js, React, and GoLang.

You bring

• Expertise in Python, Node.js, React, GoLang, and experience working with LLMs.
• Proven track record roll outing and overseing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, showing clarity and precision.
• Verified success producing expandable, maintainable software in cooperative, remote teams.
• Strong grasp of software architect principles, version control (e.g., Git), and modern development methodologies.
