Day-to-day

• Carry out live, 1-hour technical interviews focused on challenging Swift algorithmic problems, ensuring an insightful and thorough assessment process
• Assess and analyze candidate solutions, emphasizing code logic, efficiency, and technical soundness
• Classify interview sessions according to algorithmic complexity, utilizing advanced knowledge of data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming
• Produce clear, comprehensive written analyses (“trajectories”) detailing problem-solving approaches, strengths, and areas for growth
• Work closely with the AI training team to provide actionable feedback that fuels ongoing improvements to AI model accuracy and reliability
• Deliver precise and constructive technical feedback through both written and verbal communication, upholding the highest standards of clarity and professionalism
• Adhere to established evaluation frameworks and consistently meet project deadlines to ensure workflow continuity and quality

You bring

• Demonstrated mastery of Swift, proven through substantial experience in production-level software engineering roles
• Advanced proficiency with LeetCode, particularly in solving and articulating solutions to Medium-level algorithmic problems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline
• Minimum of 2+ years' professional software engineering experience with a significant focus on Swift
