Day-to-day

• Develop and refine high-quality, Mandarin-language training datasets that reflect real-world scenarios and expert-level subject matter understanding
• Design, craft, and validate challenging knowledge-based question-answer pairs using multi-source research and obscure, credible references
• Assess and annotate data to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project

You bring

• Collaborate with AI trainers, engineers, and researchers to identify content gaps and enhance system learning outcomes
• Produce detailed, source-backed justifications for all created data and questions, ensuring full verifiability and time-resistance
• Maintain rigorous documentation of your work and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, delivering insights and feedback in both written and verbal formats
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated expertise in a professional or academic domain (e.g., sports, Music Hardware, video games, etc.)
• Exceptional research skills with the ability to locate, evaluate, and synthesize information from obscure, reliable sources

• Previous experience training, annotating, or curating data for AI or machine learning projects
