We are looking for Malay native speakers or bilingual speakers to help improve AI transcription by reviewing and transcribing Malay content on the Data Factory platform.

Day-to-day

• Listen to or read Malay content and transcribe it accurately
• Follow project guidelines carefully for consistency
• Check your work for errors and ensure it’s clear and natural
• Respond actively and on time during the project

You bring

• As part of this project, you’ll be asked to install client-required security software and a VPN on your computer, plus a VPN on your mobile device
• The VPN can be removed anytime. The security software requires approval before uninstalling, which may take 1–2 days – You can also remove it by reformatting your device if

Bonus

• During the project, some functions may be limited for security reasons: – USB and external storage devices won’t be usable – Some apps (e.g., messaging or file transfer tools) may be blocked
• You may also be asked to uninstall a few programs before installing the project software (we’ll guide you through this)

Pay

• USD $24 per valid hour
