Day-to-day

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated video content for coherence, motion, visual realism, and narrative consistency.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to identify issues and maintain the highest content standards.
• Review and categorize content, providing clear, constructive feedback to improve AI video generation models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and content teams to align quality benchmarks and evaluation criteria.
• Compile detailed reports and insights using tools such as Google Sheets and Notion to document findings and recommendations.
• Stay current with the latest trends and capabilities of AI video platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika) to inform evaluation protocols.
• Interpret user feedback and data to enhance both content quality and user satisfaction.

• 1–3 years’ experience in video evaluation, quality assurance, or content review, ideally in user-facing environments.
• Strong foundation in visual media analysis and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in assessing the quality of AI-generated or digitally produced videos.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate insights clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools like Google Sheets and Notion.
• Native English language proficiency required.
