Day-to-day

• Conduct detailed reviews of crime scenarios and investigative procedures to inform artificial intelligence training datasets
• Analyze and interpret case files, evidence, and investigative methods to provide real-world context for AI model development
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other subject matter experts to enhance the accuracy of AI-powered investigative tools
• Document investigative processes with clear, concise written materials for use in AI training resources
• Consult on complex criminal, narcotics, or fugitive investigations to ensure model authenticity and reliability
• Identify and address potential gaps in AI understanding of federal, state, and local law enforcement procedures
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to share expertise and maintain high standards of quality

You bring

• Minimum 4 years' experience in roles such as Crime Scene Investigator (CSI), Detective, Special Agent, Criminal Investigator, Fugitive Investigator, Narcotics Detective, or related law enforcement positions
• Proven track record of conducting investigations into suspected violations of federal, state, or local laws
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate investigative processes
• Demonstrated attention to detail in analyzing evidence and preparing thorough documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with a wide range of investigative techniques, legal protocols, and law enforcement best practices
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
