• Job type: One-time Project, contract
• Location: Remote

Day-to-day

• Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews emphasizing algorithmic problem-solving with TypeScript
• Evaluate and document participant performance, focusing on logic, syntax, and code optimization strategies
• Precisely classify sessions into difficulty tiers based on proficiency with data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming
• Deliver detailed written "trajectories" outlining problem-solving approaches, successes, and error
• Analysis
• Collaborate closely with the AI training team, providing actionable feedback that enhances model learning
• Maintain high standards for both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity in technical explanations

You bring

• Extensive, production-level mastery of TypeScript and advanced software engineering practices
• Ability to independently solve and clearly explain solutions to LeetCode Easy-level algorithm problems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field
• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to articulate complex technical trade-offs and critical thinking around problem-solving processes

Bonus

• Experience designing and conducting technical interviews or code evaluations
• Familiarity with AI training, model evaluation, or related research environments
• Contributions to open-source TypeScript projects or technical communities
