Day-to-day

• Lead full-cycle design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial sketches and paintings through to finalized assets
• Document and articulate your design process, including workflow decisions and creative problem-solving techniques
• Organize, label, and manage assets for efficient handoff and future reference
• Apply expert color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation skills to deliver high-quality results
• Collaborate with team members, providing constructive feedback and contributing to knowledge sharing
• Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats to explain design choices and methodologies

You bring

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering professional design projects using Krita and Libresprite
• Strong portfolio showcasing complete project cycles, from ideation to final output
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design decisions clearly
• Proficiency in managing design layers, organizing assets, and refining visual compositions
• Proven ability to solve design challenges and adapt workflows as needed
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for teaching others through transparent process sharing
