Day-to-day

• Translate and localize content from English to Malayalam and vice versa, maintaining cultural nuance and accuracy.
• Examine, edit, and proofread Malayalam documents to ensure high linguistic quality and consistency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to offer language insights and support various business objectives.
• Build and maintain Malayalam language resources, glossaries, and style guides.
• Train and mentor team members on Malayalam language best practices as needed.
• Contribute to content optimization for digital channels with a focus on clarity and engagement in Malayalam.
• Deliver feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to Malayalam linguistic tasks.

You bring

• Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam (written and verbal) with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong command of English for effective bilingual communication.
• Demonstrated background in Malayalam translation, localization, or content creation.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly and accurately in both written and oral forms.
• Excellent collaboration and time management skills in a remote work environment.

Bonus

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Malayalam Literature, or a related field.
