Day-to-day

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
• Route calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Provide callers with accurate information by referencing internal directories or databases
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or basic service information
• Document call details and maintain accurate records in the system
• Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
