Edit and proofread Estonian texts to ensure grammatical, stylistic, and contextual accuracy.
Translate content between Estonian and English, maintaining meaning and nuance.
Evaluate and improve AI-generated Estonian text for fluency, clarity, and relevance.
Work with developers and linguists to optimize language models for Estonian usage.
Analyze linguistic data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
Deliver expert feedback on language-specific projects and initiatives.
Deliver high-quality written and verbal communication to support cross-functional teams.

Native or near-native proficiency in Estonian, with exceptional command of grammar and vocabulary.
Demonstrated background in editing, proofreading, and translating Estonian content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of linguistic principles and language technology.
Ability to analyze and review complex language data critically and constructively.
Experience collaborating in remote, multicultural teams.
Self-motivation and reliability, with a passion for language innovation.

Background in computational linguistics, localization, or natural language processing (NLP).
Experience as an AI training contributor or with AI-driven language projects.
Familiarity with language annotation tools and quality assurance processes.
