Day-to-day

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to information systems, data management, and software development initiatives
• Oversee the daily operations of IT departments and ensure that technical teams operate efficiently and align with organizational goals
• Set project priorities, develop standards, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions and continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with department heads, vendors, and system users to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts, programmers, and IT specialists, fostering an adaptable and accountable culture
• Maintain and optimize database systems and web platforms, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability
• Provide technical support and guidance, proactively addressing challenges to achieve business objectives

You bring

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in information systems, IT management, or a closely related field. Exceptional English communication skills
• Both written and verbal
• With a keen attention to detail and clarity
• Demonstrated ability in complex problem solving, adaptability, and decision-making within fast-paced environments
• Proficient in database management and web platform development software
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and setting technical standards
• Strong active listening and collaboration abilities for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
