Spanish Language Expert

Role details

• As a valued team member, you will leverage your advanced Spanish language skills to support multilingual initiatives, foster cultural understanding, and elevate the overall quality of both written and verbal communications.

Day-to-day

• Translate documents, presentations, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa while ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Examine, proofread, and edit Spanish-language content for clarity, consistency, and linguistic quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert language support for projects, meetings, and daily communications.
• Assist in the development and localization of training materials and internal resources.
• Offer guidance on Spanish communication best practices and cultural nuances to enhance team effectiveness.
• Carry out language assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve team proficiency.
• Support the creation of engaging written and verbal content for diverse audiences.

You bring

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English, with superior command of written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic conventions in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in translation, localization, and editing of professional documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote.

Bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multilingual teams or working in an international environment.
