a detail-oriented Content Specialist to evaluate and analyze social media content, user engagement patterns, and content discovery experiences across major platforms.

Day-to-day

• Review and analyze social media content and engagement patterns across major platforms.
• Evaluate how users discover, interact with, and shop through social media content.
• Provide clear written feedback on content quality, tone, intent, and user experience.
• Document observations and insights in structured review frameworks.
• Contribute to improving content evaluation standards and digital user experience insights.

You bring

• Must be based in North America.
• Must be an active social media user with current familiarity with how people discover, consume, and engage with content across major platforms.
• Must have recent firsthand experience shopping through social media platforms or social-led discovery flows, and be able to describe the types of products they typically browse or purchase.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain preferences, intent, tone, and response quality.
• Must have active accounts within the Meta family of apps, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-year undergraduate degree.

Bonus

• Experience in creative writing, editorial work, content creation, journalism, communications, or other writing-intensive fields.
• Previous experience with data annotation, AI training, AI evaluation, quality assurance, transcription, or rubric-based review processes.
• Active use of WhatsApp.

Pay

• Commitments Required : a total of 40 hours per week with 2-4 hours of overlap with PST.
